Top 3 Reasons to Buy Condos

Selling Condos

It isn’t easy to get a condominium unit in one of the busiest streets of Quezon City, Metro Manila. After all, Katipunan Avenue is home to a massive mall (UP Town Center) and two of the country’s most populous, most prestigious academic institutions. Students from faraway cities or provinces are often advised to get pre-selling condominium units in Katipunan since they are cheaper. However, it does take some time for them to wait before they can move in. However, the overall pay-off is great, and the deal is recommended.

Here are a few reasons why you should consider looking into pre-selling condos if you plan to work or study within or nearby Katipunan Avenue.

It’s Cheaper

This accommodation is recommendable because of this reason. Finding a place to stay in for the meanwhile can pose a bit of a problem, but you will soon adjust. In the meantime, you can check into the conditions of the unit as it is being built. It gives you a better say on how things should be run. You can also get ideas on how to decorate your condominium early on. You will be more familiar with the nooks and crannies of your future home as well. Think of the waiting period as a grace period or a long introduction for an even longer investment, if all goes well.

You’ll Be Ready

If there is any problem that can’t be fixed, you will know right away. You will have the time to find multiple solutions (in case the first one doesn’t work out), and after trying them all out, you are given the option to back out as soon as possible. These problems can range from the annoying (which can be easily solved) to the potentially dangerous. These can be funny smells, proximity to smoke and belching cars, poor ventilation, noise pollution, and unsafe surroundings.

Remember, your safety is your utmost concern. If locks, alarms, and exits are not working, or if they aren’t provided, try to find a way to deal with the issue. If you can’t, take it as a signal to back out of the deal and look for another place within the avenue to rent a condo unit, somewhere that is just as cheap but safer.

You’ll Settle in Quickly

Once you have paid for everything and are satisfied that things run smoothly, all you have to do is wait. Be patient about it because when you do move in, you will notice how easy for you to get settled in. You know how the unit works, more or less, and how to take care of it. You know how to solve minor, domestic problems. And decorating the place is more fun to do when you are aware of what you are adding color and comfort to. It is much easier to experiment, play around with colors, mix patterns, and arrange furniture in places that you know very well. You will also know what won’t work.

Pre-selling condos is not for everybody, but it’s worth a try. The investment is greater than the risk and whatever losses that may come your way.
